The Haguean Apartments building is a high-rise residential building loosely based upon the “Strijkijzer” building in the Hague, which has been inspired upon the Flatiron Building in New York City. Build in 2005, the building has 42 floors and it goes up to 132m into the sky, making it the tallest residential tower in the Hague and therefore one of the dominating buildings in the city’s skyline.

This BAT is available as growable stage 8 R$$ building or as a plopable CO$$$ building in the Landmarks menu. 

Installation

Installation is quite simple: just download one of the two ZIP files and extract them to your plugins folder: Copy/extract the BNL parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.

It is highly recommended to run the cleanitol with the installer and remove any previous versions from your plugins. 

In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP in the Prop-Texture Catalogue Index and Cleanitol/ folder you will find the cleanitol script for this upload and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.

To uninstall this building, demolish every instance of this building and remove the files from this mod from your Plugins folder.

NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE:

This download contains TWO model files; one for dark nite (DN Models folder) users (and other night-time darkening mods, such as Gizmos night-mod) and one for the standard Maxis nite (MN Models folder). 
You must keep only one file - depending on which version you use. If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version. Regardless of which file you choose to keep, make sure you DO NOT delete the Lot or Desc files!
