The installer contains the version animated and static of the wind turbines,if you want to remove one of the 2 versions
enter the folder or document library go into "SimCity 4PluginsXero_JNormal and Multirotor Wind Turbines",
you can remove the folder that you do not need (animated or static)
the animated model has a small error in the largest zomm,sometimes shows bad animation,but it solves moving or rotating the camera a couple of times.

To install this mod just copy the Xero_J folder inside the Plugins folder
This SC4 Devotion LEX Legacy Pack features the utilities (landfill, power and water) lot sets by the legendary BSC BATer SimGoober (SG), which had been available on the Lot Exchange (LEX) at SC4 Devotion. It includes the contents of 7 previously separate downloads (including many contents that were only availabe on STEX).
After battling a number of technical issues, software incompatibility ultimately shuttered the LEX (at least in its familiar form from 2007 onward) in June 2023, and this package is designed to collect these dependencies in an easy-to-use form, allowing users to install them all in one go, or carefully select exactly which packs they wish to install.
Please note that this pack may receive updates in the near future. Do not redistribute without asking first, mostly as doing so would complicate efforts to properly maintain, update, and provide technical support for the pack.
Bear in mind, SimGoober released and kept some contents on the Simtropolis Exchange (STEX), but then later some of those files were rehosted on the SC4Devotion LEX site in an updated form. This current LEGACY compilation supersedes both the original STEX releases and the used-to-be re-hosted contents from LEX.
