It is located in the Shinsekai district of Naniwa-ku, Osaka. Its total height is 103 metres (338 ft); the main observation deck is at a height of 91 metres (299 ft).

SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Custodian Rubik WTC Complex

This SC4 Devotion LEX Legacy Pack features the complete set of World Trade Center Compelex (Pre 11/9/2001) by Rubik, including Props and Lots, which had been available on the Lot Exchange (LEX) at SC4 Devotion. 

It includes the contents of 7 previously separate downloads.
After battling a number of technical issues, software incompatibility ultimately shuttered the LEX (at least in its familiar form from 2007 onward) in June 2023, and this package is designed to collect these dependencies in an easy-to-use form, allowing users to install them all in one go, or carefully select exactly which packs they wish to install.

Please note that this pack is expected to receive updates in the near future. Do not redistribute without asking first, mostly as doing so would complicate efforts to properly maintain, update, and provide technical support for the pack.

CSX Billboards - BSC Collection

This is a collection of billboards on a single ploppable lot to help finance your city.

This SC4 Devotion LEX Legacy Pack features the buildings and lots of the so called Osturland set by the legendary BSC BATer Yoder7652 (YDR), which had been available on the Lot Exchange (LEX) at SC4 Devotion. It includes the contents of 12 previously separate downloads.

This creation was inspired by the recent Winter Olympics and by the Olympic BATs of the 2008 games in Beijing by jtportland.

This building is only an approximation of the Wukesong Indoor Stadium being built for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. The building will function as the basketball arena for the those games..

It includes the contents of 17 previously separate downloads (including many contents that were only available on STEX).

Bear in mind, SimGoober released and kept some contents on the Simtropolis Exchange (STEX), but then later some of those files were rehosted on the SC4Devotion LEX site in an updated form. This current LEGACY compilation supersedes both the original STEX releases and the used-to-be re-hosted contents from LEX.
