Some homes are set at a 45 degree angle and are placed on corner lots. This package is intended to add variety to the beginning of the game. It also adds variety for those who enjoy rural region play where R$ residents reside. They will grow as long as there is demand for R$ and where there is low wealth desirability.

A set of apartments from SOMY. There are four different styles of low wealth residential buildings plus a water tower. These have been updated using SC4PIM and the models have been centred using cogeo's Model Tweaker.

This is a low wealth and low density residential set inspired in Spanish urban architecture from 1800's to 1920's.

This SC4 Devotion LEX Legacy Pack features the Residential Houses by legendary BSC BATer SimGoober, which had been available on the Lot Exchange (LEX) at SC4 Devotion and also on the Simtropolis STEX. It includes the contents of 36 previously separate downloads (including one previously unavailable "lost" content, the Schmucker House).
After battling a number of technical issues, software incompatibility ultimately shuttered the LEX (at least in its familiar form from 2007 onward) in June 2023, and this package is designed to collect these dependencies in an easy-to-use form, allowing users to install them all in one go, or carefully select exactly which packs they wish to install.

Please note that this pack may receive updates in the near future. Do not redistribute without asking first, mostly as doing so would complicate efforts to properly maintain, update, and provide technical support for the pack.

Bear in mind, SimGoober released and kept some contents on the Simtropolis Exchange (STEX), but then later some of those files were rehosted on the SC4Devotion LEX site in an updated form. This current LEGACY compilation supersedes both the original STEX releases and the used-to-be re-hosted contents from LEX.

Using many of those fantastic buildings that Xannepan made, I came up with a series of Residential blocks, for high wealth areas of your cities.

This package contains LOTS only. The buildings are available in prop packs, listed in the dependency section. If you don't get them, you will simplay see blank lots growing in your city.

All the lots have been updated with SC4PIM-X (X-tool), that had effect on occupancy and grow stages. The original lots were Stage 5 R$$$ growables, among the updated lots there are three which still will grow on stage 5, seven will grow on stage 6 and another three will grow on stage 7.

This building is modeled after a residential building located at 2 Rue de Chatillon in Paris 14th Arrondissement.

In the 1930ies many Dutch neighborhoods were built in a style dominated by brick and full of detail.
These houses are still very popular and they are being copied a lot since the 1990ies. But the models
in this set are made after the original 1930ies housing.
A double house is the poor man's villa: you almost have a house of your own, but it still is affordable
for the middle class.
