No. 2-10 Hohenzollernring stands on a prominent location at Rudolfplatz in Cologne, and is typical of the boxy, low-rise commercial buildings built in postwar Germany. This is my second BAT and, with the VHS Building, the second in this Cologne commercials series. The curious rooftrack and corner "ears" are window-cleaning equipment.

After battling a number of technical issues, software incompatibility ultimately shuttered the LEX (at least in its familiar form from 2007 onward) in June 2023, and this package is designed to collect these dependencies in an easy-to-use form, allowing users to install them all in one go, or carefully select exactly which packs they wish to install.

It contains the contents of 62 previously separate downloads from the SC4Devotion LEX (including exclusive contents from the SC4Devotion LEX DVD and CD and a previously unreleased content - SG Wainwright Building -, that we managed to recover), however the former SG Commercial Lot collections in this pack are covering around 146 previously separate uploads from multiple exchanges like STEX, the former SimcityKurier/SimcityPlaza and the former PLEX.

This is a very old (and mostly lost) upload by Larz (from the early stages of the BSC Team), which has been found and resurrected. Based on the limited information, the model was created by Larz, while the lotting was done by Nexis (mrbisonm) and other technical details were done by Vlakhaas and GrampaAl.
This content has been brought back as a BSC Custodian release all the stats have been updated by the SC4PIM-X (X-tool) tool.
